I don't think everybody has the same rejected food because everyone has their favorite food the same way everyone has the food they don't like. So I think your question should be: what is the food that is rejected by you or which food is not your favorite?

As for me, the food I rejected so much is nothing but beans. I don't like it when they give me beans unless from the day I am craving the beans. Anyday my mum brings the suggestion that we should cook beans. I won't be happy even though I will eat it with a grudging heart. Although, I like food products made from beans like Akara, moin-moin, and ekuru so well.

Rice is that one food that I can never get tired of. I can eat it throughout the day and still eat it the following morning. All the same, let us all learn to eat a balanced diet and we should never forget that there's no food without its benefits.
