She, however was overwhelmed by many women who stood for her, supporting her and her physique which came as a surprise to her that women could stand by her on this matter as she said in a video on her instagram page.
Under both New Jersey and Federal Labour Law, it will be illegal for a teacher to be fired by school based on their physical appearance which is why there has been no action against the supposed complaints that has been made in regards on her physique.

I saw this on FB yesterday. Well, we can't blame the lady for the amazing physique she'd been blessed with, I mean it's not her fault.
So she shouldn't be fired, that would be illegal. I'd rather suggest she wears clothes that wouldn't be too "second-skinny", a more loose clothing, just to honour her teaching profession and that is if she truly loves her work. Truth be told, if I were her student, and she's dressed like that -i'll definitely get distracted.

If the photos are fake, how can we trust the story to be true?
We can clearly see that the pictures are photos-shopped.

Definitely a physique will cause distraction not only to the students but also staffs and jealous or envy might set in in the mind of female staffs too.
So is much better she resign.

This story is very funny because if she's being asked to resign by the school, then how come about her employment? Didn't they take note of her physique when she came for interview? Or did she have a different stature at the time of being interviewed only for her to work out her body shape into what it is now?
If I could reach out to the school management, these are the questions I'd ask.
In fact, even her supporters should be asking these questions too.
On the other hand, I've seen naturally hippy female teachers, no one told them to resign. They only had to be mindful of their dressing.
This lady has to be mindful of hers too.
It's even a good thing she's not teaching much older children. Otherwise, she'd be having constant advances and would never feel free to stand in front of them.
This is serious natural endowment if it's not photo shopped.

Wow, I saw the post and the pictures on Facebook, but for you to say those pictures are photoshopped, I'm beginning to have second thoughts. When I saw them, I didn't like the physique but then if she's naturally endowed that way, then it will be inhumane to laid her off.
However if she did something to her body and it turns out that way, she should be laid off. She's a bad influence to the kids. But you saying the pictures are photoshopped is making me have second thoughts.
I'm beginning to think the whole thing is fake. And it's just social media spreading fake news as usual. Which doesn't make sense, I wonder when we will grow up from spreading fake news up and down. It's well with us in this country😟😟.

I don't see any reason why a teacher should be disengaged from her work due to her physique because she is not the one that created herself so we shouldn't blame her or strip her means of survival because of her looks.
I know some people might want to say that she could have worked on her physique but I don't know if these people know that it is not easy to work on such things. Getting a perfect shape takes time so every organization should know that it will take time to regain such shape.
It is also advisable for people who know their body shape is always obvious to know the kind of dress they will be putting on especially if you will be teaching students. You know students get distracted over little things so you need to stop whatever might want to distract your students.
