The following listed below are list of things you can be doing better when it comes to hygiene:
- Keep your finger and toe nails cut and clean
- Groom your body hair so it's not out of your control, I highly recommend owning a clipper.
- Groom your eyebrows (get them threaded)
- If you like a clean shave, consider wet- shaving. You'll get a super closeout shave that looks better than any electric shaver.
- If you have a beard, line it up and groom it. Use beard oil to moisturize it and prevent flakiness
- Whiten your teeth with white stripes
- If you haven't been to the dentist in a few years, go get a cleaning.
- Find a nice oral B you can call your "signature scent"
- Similarly, find a nice smelling body wash.
It's no secret that a fit body makes you look better and more attractive, and also healthier. I don't want to drill into this too hard, but if you got a few pounds to lose, or live a sedentary lifestyle, incorporating some strength training, calisthenics, and cardio to your day will make you:
- Feel better, mentally and physically
- Look better, with clothes and without

Well said, all of those areas mentioned are important to clean up with care so as to lead an inward and outward healthy life. A healthy person is one who is free from inappropriate functioning of internal oragans and has all of the external part of the body functioning rightly. To keep oneself clean at all times is important so as to be able to maintain relationships with people because a very great percentage of persons do not like to associate dirty people. Aside interpersonal relationships, other relationships such as business, marketing, religious, educational relationships have more people in a meeting and it will not speak well to get into such gathering looking untidy.

Hygiene refers to the conditions and practices that promote and preserve health. It is also synonymous with cleanliness. Practicing proper hygiene deals with carrying out actions and not just words. Our bodies also like to be properly treated, and failure to do so, makes them look unkempt, smell and decay. Proper hygiene can never be overrated. As a human being that owns a body, it is your duty to make sure that the body is well taken care of.
- Bathe regularly or at least twice a day. Never underestimate the importance of bathing. For those who sweat a lot, permit me to say, bathing should be your hobby. Naturally, sweats smell, so imagine it stuck on your body for almost a whole day and when it's time to hit the bed, you go straight to bed like that. Oh no! Not too good.
- Brush your teeth regularly or at least twice or even three times a day: Mouth odour is real. We talk everyday and we should endeavor that our mouths don't have odours oozing out of them. Know the toothpaste and toothbrush that works for you and please endeavor to use them. The beauty of a smile is also in the teeth. You cannot have a beautiful smile with teeth that are not properly taken care of.
- Dress properly: It's no news that the way you dress is the way people will address you. Let's learn to always appear well irrespective of whether it's an occasion or not. Dressing properly tells a lot about you too.
- Use of deodorants: Spray something! Scent nice. This attracts people to you and your body will actually thank you. There's this confidence that comes with smelling nice. It also makes you happy. There's no one that's confident that isn't happy.

Personal hygiene means keeping one's body, clothes and shoes in a clean and neat condition, all the time. Each part of the human body has a special way of keeping it clean. The methods of keeping some selected parts of the human body clean is called cleanliness.
The human body should be washed in the morning and last thing at night with water, soap and sponge. After washing the body should be rinsed it with clean water. The reason for this recommendation is that we live in
a hot country in which people frequently
sweat.

Sweat dries on the skin and produces an odour. Besides, harmful microrganisms grow on the dry sweat on the skin. The body should also be washed after work or sporting activities or serious manual labour.
An alternative to washing the body is to rub the body with a wet small towel. This method is often used to keep patients in hospitals clean. keeping your self clean is also a job, a personal job and you don't do it well it will lead to some conditions you may not like .

when cleaning ear, the ear lobe should be washed along with other parts of the body. The ear passage should be cleaned with cotton wool, never with sharp objects. Sharp objects can damage the ear drum without a chance of recovery so do not use any sharp objects to clean your ear, for example,
1. stick
2. needle
3. the ink of a pen
4. scissor
And your teeth should be brushed with a toothbrush and toothpaste or with chewing stick first thing in the morning and last thing before going to bed at night. The correct way to use a toothbrush is to brush the teeth in an up and down movement, not a side to side movement.
It is also a good habit to wash the mouth after each meal, to remove particles of food, which stick to the teeth, and attract bacteria that cause toothache and tooth decay. Tooth decay can be vary painful and take a a lot of money to cure so make sure you keep your teeth clean at all times.

As humans being we need to keep our clothes clean, it should be washed, dried in the sun and ironed to look neat. Dirtyclothes should not be packed in a box to be washed. The odour given out by the dirty clothes may attract cockroaches which may eat and damage the dirty clothes can unwanted illness.
We should also keep our shoes deaned with a moist or dry piece of doth as necessary, and then polish to look neat. and our hair should be washed daily while washing the body or whenever it is dirty. The hair should be cut short, so as to be easily kept clean. Dirty hair has an odour and attracts parasites such as lice and skin diseases such as dandruff.
All this are tips to clean our body clean and make us live a healthy and stress free live .cause when you are neat and clean you wouldn't get sick. so keep your hands clean, they should be washed with soap and clean
water after,
* Manual labour,
* Attending a party where a lot of hand
shakes took place,
*Each visit to the toilet.
*Hands should also be washed
before and after each meal, and
* And whenever they are dirty.

Thank you very much for the information on a better hygiene. Although it would cost a lot of fortune for one to out up with these information you stated on hygiene, but it is worth the price.
