if you if your wounded by burn on the skin them follow these easy steps for a quick recovery.
1). Let the burned area to cool down, that is to allow that area to cool by using either water or ice cubes to cool it.
2). Don't let anything to scratch on the surface of the burnt skin. if this is allowed the wound will only get worse and the pain more serious.
3).Use anything like maybe body lotion to rube on the surface of the burned skin area, you can also use egg yokes to also place on that area, as well.
4).Don't start picking the blisters on the surface of the skin
5). Bandage the burnt skin area, note: not tightly .
6). You must go and take pain relief drugs and antibiotics for a quick relief.
thank you want to loose weight, there are certain things you must do to achieve the exert size you want.
NOTE: all the things I will be putting down here are based on true life experiment.

Now, I know that our bodies are different talking about our metabolism but these tips I will be giving are irrespective of your metabolism, it applies to everyone escept those special case (those weighing thousands of pounds).

1- The first thing you must have is determination , this instrument called determination is the most important tool you must have if you want to loose weight.

2- Set a goal or target to: You have to see the size you want to slim to, have it in your head.

3- Thirdly consistently: this is the second tool you must have, without consistency you can't achieve anything. determination able you to be consistence.

4- Exercise: off course this is obvious, now you can start by walking and then you can increase to running at a slow speed. you can include other exercises like, cardio, aerobics Pilates etc.

5- Feeding: one mistake most people make is that they think because they are walking out they can eat any how they like but this is very wrong because you won't loose any weight, the only thing is that you won't add, but don't forget the gaol (to loose weight). you have to reduce your daily food intake, make it smaller than the normal. then when you have achieved your goal, you go back to eating normal but you must still continue your exercise only not as regorouse as before.

6- Decsipline: You must be decsipline to follow up all you need to do through out the process.
