Diaries » The non-physical benefits of exercise we ignore by: SamuelKingsley93(m) .:. Thu, 22 Dec, 2022 - 05:56:46:pm GMT

When we think about exercise our mind simply think about to jogging, running, walking or hitting the gym for weight lifting.
Tho the physical benefits is what we acknowledge because it's more physical, when we start noticing our muscles growth.
But tend to neglect the mental advantage we suddenly hard.
Before our muscles start to grow, it's takes time. Our muscles follows the principle of destroy and rebuild. When we workout, we tear the existing muscles, and at so, the body in response start rebuilding the muscles and the new muscles which are getting built becomes more firmer and stronger than the former.

So in the course of exercising, we teach our selves to be committed to achieve a goal.
We suddenly have the mental advantage of easily being committed to achieve a goal. Because to get just abs, it will take you up to 3 months coupled with a strict diet system. If you aren't committed you will backslide.

Another thing, we don't notice is patience. Having being committed, patience sets in. Believing our goal is achievable.

Another thing is we suddenly believe in ourselves. Before achieving the goal, we first of all, believe in ourselves that we can achieve the goal of having that muscular body and at that moment confidence sets in.

Another is endurance, enduring the pain to the end to achieve a goal is something we ignore when exercising.

So if you are going through a life situation, liken the situation to exercising, just know that, tomorrow is bright, and for it to be bright we have to endure the pain of today to achieve it.

So what do you guys think, am I wrong or right concern this?

I'd say you're right in the regards that exercises requires patience and in life, you need patience to go through some things.

Patience is not needed in all things though.

The working out if patience in some of life's situations, brings us a desired result.
