Generally speaking, people rush to drink water when it's hot out or after we've been physically active. Those are good times to drink water, but the best time, and the one most people are missing out on, is in the morning. First thing in the morning, that is, on an empty stomach. water drinking always finds its way into any good conversation about health. Not only are our bodies comprised of 70% water, but so is the earth and almost every other living thing on earth. They all are 70% water and more. Water is king. What I'm talking about is what is now known as water therapy in some healing circles. Essentially it's large amounts of water immediately after awaking on an empty stomach. This consists of up to 1.5 liters or so of water upon waking. You should never break a fast with starch or heavy carbohydrates. Liquids are the best way to break a fast, and water in the morning is your best bet to get some real great health benefits! You have to think of your body while sleeping as being in a state of fasting where it is also repairing itself. An empty stomach allows for more energy to be allocated to the healing and reparation process that your body is going through while sleeping. You don't ever want to compromise these effects by eating heavy meals before bed nor by eating heavy meals upon waking up. Water in the morning hydrates your cells at a superior rate after hours of fasting (sleeping). The rush of hydration to the cells helps in production of blood and muscle cells. The high dosages of water help to purge the system of toxins through the bowels and will leave you with glowing skin. It helps to flush and balance your lymphatic system which leads to increased immunity, helping you fight a variety of illnesses. A lot of people complain about how hard it is for them to drink water upon rising in the morning. For a lot of people, they've already established a lifelong habit of eating breakfast first thing in the morning. Creating a new morning ritual of drinking water is one that is healthy and super beneficial to your overall long term health care. It is especially an easy way to detoxify your system without having to make major changes to your lifestyle.

With two glass of water every morning, am ok without food till lunch. What I notice after taking water first thing in the morning is that I have to toilet and it comes out easily compare to when I don't take water in the morning. Well , I love water more than anything.

Drinking water in empty stomach in the morning can be immensely beneficial for the body.

 
We tend to complicate things when it comes to taking care of our health .A few steps can go a long way in taking care of our health and one easy way of ensuring it, is by drinking sufficient water in empty stomach first thing in the morning .

   Not only does it clear your stomach ,it goes a long way in reducing the risk of a number of diseases.

  Firstly,it purifies the colon and it improves the stomach's chances to absorb nutrients properly.A better digestive system automatically takes care of a lot of other things .it is also one of the secrets behind a glowing skin,as water removes the toxins from the blood.

  Drinking water also improves the creation of new blood cells as well as muscle cells ,and help you in losing weight.
    Also ,make sure not to eat anything for a while after you drink water in the morning .This water treatment therapy has no side effects and boosts your metabolism greatly.
 About four glasses of water (one litre) on an average daily would be great .If it feels too much in the beginning ,you can start off slowly and then gradually increase the intake.

Truly early morning water has a lot of benefit to the body. when you wake up in the morning and drink water, you will be able to go to the toilet easily in the morning which makes your body light. For ladies,drinking water early in the morning daily helps to prevent severe menstral pain during your menstral period.  Drinking water early in the morning is very good medically and helps the body system to function effectively. It is recommended medically to drink water every morning when we wake up, it improves our health and our body immunity.

  Water is a transparent , odourless and tasteless liquid that we take in in it's liquid form when we become thirsty generally. This is one generally use of what water does for every living things on the earth. We take water every time of the day when we feel thirsty , but what if I told you that there are other things that water can do for us, taking water first thing every morning have so many health benefits that you will want to make a right choice by engaging yourself in this morning routine.

  Taking water on an empty stomach without brushing your teeth does so many wonders, why?, because the unwashed mouth at that time contains so many bacteria that aids digestion process and the empty stomach will make it easy for the remaining food particles in the stomach region to move out, hereby making the feaces easy to get rid of.
  When we sleep at night , we wake up at night to urinate and even pass out waste from our bodies, we sweat too and this makes our body weak and dehydrated , so taking water in the morning helps our body become rehydrated and alive for the day's work.
  Taking water in the morning aids circulation of blood, our body is made up of 70 percent of water, water is included in every thing that comes out of our bodies including the carbondioxide we breathe out these things need water , even our blood need water for .
  It aids digestion, the bacteria that the water flushes in and the water taken in , makes it easy for the food taken in afterwards break down so fast and easy.
  It flushes out  items that can't be dissolve or digested like stones and toxins , these items if not flushed out with the force of water can impose danger to our digestive tract,problems like kidney stones, appendicitis, colol cancer and so on .
