First, you may or may not be pregnant. You can't tell until you missed your period. Second, go to a women's clinic and get checked out. STDs should be your biggest worry for now. And third, if you didn't know that unprotected sex can lead to STDs or that you MAYBE pregnant, you shouldn't be having underage sex.
And lastly, your morning sickness could be from all the underage drinking, yes?

Consensual sex with a minor - no such thing. Sex with a minor is statutory RAPE and is is a strict liability crime (meaning they don't have to prove intent) because a minor, by definition can NOT give consent, additionally a drunk person may not be able to give consent. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE speak to an attorney --- and you may have posted something on line that can be used against you.... again PLEASE speak to a criminal defense attorney. You're looking at a lifetime of trouble - possibly prison for RAPE and a lifetime child sexual predator registry listing - yeah, you'll be tagged a pervert forever and will disqualify you from many things in life... These are the crazy things youngsters do and they end up regretting.
That you're a teenager doesn't give you the right to misbehave . There are consequences for your actions and you may not be able to deal with some these consequences.

This is a sad and serious situation at the same time. So I decided to read every post under this to get an understanding of what I should write on.
I can't deny the fact that some of the comments didn't sound so nice. Especially the part that says sex with a minor is rape, it can never be consexual. On that I'll like to point out that the way the person posted it wasn't so nice.
Secondly, I don't think a sex with minor can't be consexual. To my understanding the only person one can have sex and it will be regarded as is having sex with someone who have no ideal what sex means.
You can't tell me that a 14 year old girl doesn't have an understanding of what love is. A 14 year old age that's even attending parties, common!
So this 14 year old girl know what sex is about and yes, I believe the guy when he said it was consexual. I believe the guy judging from what the girl posted.
Above all, my adivce to both of them is that they need to be 100% honest with themselves. As well as with other people that's out to help them out.
At this junction, they will need to become a frequent visitor in the hospital. This is because it's necessary they do all the tests needed.
They will heal. However to heal, they will need to forgive each other and themselves. They should remember they're young which gives room for them to make several mistakes.
