Every leader has a serious attitude but they always have a soft spot for something. During their leisure time , they engage in hobbies like reading, cooking, watching t.v or doing something relaxing.

For the late queen, it was her love for animals like horses and dogs particularly corgis.

This had been her trend since childhood. She had a special devotion and love for these pets.

Her father, King George VI brought the first set of corgis into the royal family and this led to her fondness for that breed.Even so was her love for horses because her father wished for her to be a good horseman. On her third birthday, she was given a pony.

She showed a keen and open interest in race horse , military and show horses.

It was always a delight for her to discuss with anyone about the kind of pets she adored.

To mark what eventually became her final birthday this year, she decided to pose with her two ponies.

I guess some habits or hobbies just grow old and gray with you!
