News/Events » NIGERIA IS FALLING LIKE AFGHANISTAN by: Ogiejoe(m) .:. Tue, 24 Aug, 2021 - 08:40:24:pm GMT
Just Tuesday 24th of August 2021 here, a terrifying news crossed Nigeria space in the shocking attack of the Nigerian Defence Academy NDA by Bandits in Kaduna. The attack led to the death of 2 officers and 2 abducted.

Come to think of this, this is Nigerian Defence Academy. The people that are meant to defend Nigeria sovereignty infiltrated by so called Bandits. How on earth did Nigeria lost itself? What the political class are concerned about who will win 2023 general election. If the Bandits can attack Nigerian Defence Academy then no where in Nigeria is safe. The North fights the South because they agitate for secession while the South fights the North because the North protects the politicians who usurp the citizens.

Now, Nigeria is at the very edge where at the blink of an eye, anything can happen just like Afghanistan government who were romancing with the Taliban fighters who stirred up immediately American military evacuated Afghanistan and Taliban built their forces and gradually became strong and took over the government. Nigeria is very close to having similar situation as the bandits and the Bokoharam sects are being caught over time and instead of facing the law, they are being rehabilitated and set them back to the society. Now insecurity and bandits is the next big thing.

Nigeria is ranked the 3rd worst country to live in the world and instead of masses to stand together and fight the government, we are fighting ourselves South Vs North.

Are we going to experience another dimension of Taliban taking over government in Nigeria?

apart from Nigeria it is time for other countries to more security conscious because the event in afghanistan has give a voice of awakening to hidden terrorist in some countries around the world. and Nigeria has we all see has some big issues with security breaches, because the question is how will gun men enter a whole Nigeria defense academy and kil soldiers and abduct some?, this would have take weeks of planning, its time we up our game, no more rollercoaster ride for our soldier, let there be a 24 hours watch out through the whole country, let master plan towards the eradication of terrorism start taking place seriously, or else God forbid Nigeria becomes another victim to terrorism overtake like Afghanistan. The attack on the Nigeria defense academy should be an eye opener to the governments in the country. Let's start doing putting things other security wise starting from the lowest security operatives to the highest security operatives.

let us all say a big "no" to terrorism.

Its only Gid that we are always depending on that will help us. How can bandit come to Nigeria Defense Academy and kidnap top generals and nothing Is being said or done for the moment. Why Nigeria case may not be like afganistian is because even before the coming of the talibans it was one Afghanistan but in nigeria they is nothing like one nigeria. The yoribas are demanding for their country, the igbos are demanding for their country. So when its time for them to take over the other country will leave and no body will be able to say anything.

They can only take over the north not Nigeria.

@ObakaEmmanuel: The situation is so appalling as it is now. It is like everything is getting worst day after day as the terrorists have sponsors from various locations.
One of the most annoying part is the fact that Worthy soldiers went a long way to sacrifice their lives leaving their families and loved ones aside.
You'll discover that after these innocent soldiers give their lives as sacrifice on the battlefield, the so called terrorists and Boko Haram are given training, money, scholarship and amnesty.
They get them and release them into the communities, street again as repentant terrorists as they are popularly called but they go back into the rush and they restrategise again to harm, kidnap and kill people.
What then should happen to the families of the soldiers that were killed? this is really wickedness from the part of the leaders.
You will also discover that they paint their names as bandits instead of terrorists. Please how can you possibly relate bandits as they are called who shot down fighter jets.
The problem is clearly within.

@Fashnet: I don't know what our government is turning Nigeria to be.
It looks like we are living in a Jungle. In the next 5 days will be out date of independence and up till now we have nothing to show for it.

@lilcent: Absolutely nothing to show for it. I'm not even proud to say I'm a Nigerian.
Our country is really in a big mess right now.

As for the attack that happened at NDA, I strongly believe there was an insider that gave those bandits the right information on when to strike...

@Fashnet: May God help us in this our country. I still do not understand why our government choose to patronise terrorists and bandits..

I strongly believe they have a hand in it as well....

@Fashnet:. Hmmmm the problem is actually from within.

I'll keep saying this that the politicians are not the problem of our country, but we are the problem of our selves.

Not until we fix our societies, Nigeria will still remain the same.

What happened in afganistian is not a joke it is a deadly incident only God can help.
In Nigeria our leades are the ones who wont to spoil the country , although part of it due come from the masses but the highest percentage comes from our leader .
Nigeria is a country without good leadership. , we are blessed enough to control and rule our country successfully , corruption and greedy act makes things get worst in this country.
