Renting/Leasing » Landlords should build their houses well. by: Queen(f) .:. Wed, 09 Nov, 2022 - 02:28:39:pm GMT
I will like to call the Government to do something about housing, from self contained today duplex. They should develop our lands and moderate the amount of land purchase so that building won't be so difficult.

Back to the topic. Am not impressed with how some landlords build there houses. is it because they know that they won't be the once living in the house that's why they build the way they do I don't. most of them just know how to call money.

First of all, you know the house is for business, you are using it to make money so build it well. Give enough space to the room, pallor, bathroom and kitchen. consider that you are building for humans to live.

Build it comfortably, some people won't even remember to build there own.
there's a saying, that whatever you are doing, do it well.

It is very bad how some landlords build there houses, two people can't even use the kitchen at thesame time, if one is fat you can't use the bathroom comfortably, for some one family size bed will cover the whole room. some build without bohole to pump water, if you live there, you have to buy water, it's not good. some don't maintain the building.

Please landlord, learn to do well, it not about money all the time.

I think they should build the houses in away that the tenant will have there privacy, pay there bills independently, not the one that they will be paying light bill together,

I appreciate all those landlords that are doing well. Go bless you.

**It is well**

Houses in Lagos are not fit to live in as far as I'm concerned.

The landlords just build them for commercial purposes.

The rooms are so small and the rents are exorbitant.

Sometimes, when you consider how much rent you have to pay for like three to five years in some places, it is more than enough for you to go buy your land and start your building foundation.

The government should really look into it, else , landlords will continue to exploit tenants.
**I love being me.**
