It is important that everyone reads the articles so as to avoid making mistakes that would result in punitive actions: excuses are unacceptable because, as the onus is on you to know the rules of the game that you are playing, so also is the onus on you to know the terms and conditions of the thing that you are participating in.

Now, due to the cascade of new topics popping up here and there, i hereby declare that, until further notice, NO NEW TOPIC POST will be awarded any points henceforth, only comments that are valid and relevant to the subjects will be rewarded as usual.

Thank you very much Sir for this and I support your decision on this matter. The number of unreplied new topics on the platform are increasing on daily basis and this needs to be curbed.

Most new members I think were not properly orientated about the platform before joining. At least with this new measure many unreplied topics will be attempted so that the platform can be able to fulfill the objectives for which it was created.

I'm glad you see where i#'m coming from: with the entire front page full of un-replied poorly written articles, the forum became appalling and unappealing to reasonable people: i had no choice but to severely punish those who are responsible for the messes.

Well this is a very good for the platform.
Based on the fact that most new members posts countless topics on the forum everyday and many attimes, these topics are irrelevant topics.
Many attimes I find it hard to blame them because they might have no idea of the rules and regulations of the system.

Surely by this measures you can actually curtail incessant topics posted. There are many issues to be discussed which we can not dissect deeply or treat it fully till years to come. It is wise that we ignite more spirit of reading on expository topics and then discussed so as to savour our thoughts and help to share ideas and proffer solution.

So I would advice everyone do the needful.
