The recognition of a particular gender as the head of the family is a cultural and societal settings. Traditionally, the head of the family is seen as the person who provides for the family's financial and material needs and makes important decisions.

If a woman is the breadwinner of the family, meaning she is the primary earner and provides for the family's financial needs, she could certainly be recognized as the head of the family in some contexts. If you closely examined it.

I need your opinions on this?

There's nothing wrong if a woman is the breadwinner of the family because God can decide to bless anyone and also anyone who is focused, determined, and hard-working will surely make something tangible out of life irrespective of gender.

The head of the family can come in different context and a lady could function well in all the contexts although there are some restrictions when it comes to marriage but if it is in her father's house and she's doing well financially they could tag her as the head of the family so far she carries the major role of the family.

When it comes to marriage and a lady is doing well financially and also providing for her family as the breadwinner we can't easily call her the head of the family due to the conditions given by the Holy book. This is because the man is the head but that does not necessarily mean she's not the head but we can't say such things straight.
