Here's. a question for y'all.
You know, there's a lot of emphasis on eating right and not just any kind of food, we mean balanced diet.
So, I really wanna ask, is it really possible to plan your whole life on balance diet.
I know some people will say that eating a balanced diet isn't and shouldn't be such tasking and all. I'm not gonna dwell on the cost side of it, even though you need to have a solid financial base to do so, yeah.
So living based on a balanced diet will actually mean that your meals are planned and prepared so at all times. There's no skipping or eating what's not on the list.
I've seen some people try out a balanced diet approach for a day, a week, some even a month and after that they're back to their Normal self.
But I'll like to know how possible it would be.

Contrary to what some people think about planning a balanced diet life, that is expensive, I must say it is possible and even saves cost.
If you eat right, you'll stay healthy and avoid frequent visits to the hospitals where you'll definitely pay bills.
Planning a balanced diet life helps you spend what is necessary for feeding in a week or a month. Everyone in the family will be programmed to eat what is on timetable and not just make random choices thereby wasting ingredients just for lunch or dinner.
A balanced diet life keeps you healthy.
It is said that we are what we eat.
Many spend a lot on wears, fashion accessories, body creams and forget that they can make their food their medicine.

Planning a balanced diet meal is possible if only the person involved will be disciplined enough to follow his or her plans. Planning itself is not the main deal when it comes to a balanced diet because there are days you take hours to plan what to eat and what not to eat but end up just settling for anything when faced with life stress so being disciplined is the key.
When you are disciplined there are things you do that help grow your life and give you a better life. One of them is following your plan for a balanced life. You also need to be determined when doing a plan for your balanced diet especially when you said you won't be taking a carbonated drink.
Some days and conditions will warrant you to take a cold carbonated Drink because as of that time they serve as a lifesaver but in such conditions, your determination not to take will help you to take something different which could be water. It is not that you like it but you just have to follow your plans.
