Politics is a game to be played with maturity.
In this part of the world , it is practiced with so much physical and verbal attacks .

With the elections around the corner, you can find people throwing words at each other because of their divergent views about their choice candidate.


An example is the political brawl between two great celebrities Seun Kuti and Peter Okoye of the Psquare group as Nigerians prepare to make their choice in the 2023 Presidential Elections.

This kind of political drama is seen everywhere like on the social media, campaign rallies and other political outings.


Senseless war of words on various platforms trail their personalities.
Sometimes,, I wonder if it is a crime for people to practice politics without insulting one another and dragging names and reputations on the mud.


If one prefers a political candidate, it is not right to talk down or shun those who do not prefer your choice candidate.


Sometimes, if we let sleeping dogs lie it won't hurt any one, it'll only make a huge difference in the political space.


With any elections now and in the future, I wonder if it's possible to make our choices without fighting ourselves and washing our dirty linen in public.
