- Orgu leaf or green leaf
- Fresh pepper
- Fresh tomatoes (slice largely)
- Beef or turkey (fried)
- Grandnut oil
- Onion, Maggi, salt, curry, thyme.
Methods of preparation
* Heat oil, add onion, add fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper, allow to boil for 5minute under low heat.
*Add fried turkey or any other protein of your desire, Maggi, salt, Curry and thyme.
*Add sliced Orgu leaf, and mix property and the sauce is ready.
N/b: Do not add water at all if possible.
You can serve fried vegetables sauce with:
1- Boiled Irish potatoes
2- Boiled white rice
3- fried yam
4- fried sweet potatoes.

Vegetables are a leaf that is nutritious to the body's system when consumed in an appropriate quantity; the reason why I said appropriate quantity is because when you take vegetables too much it could hurt your body system especially when it has been a long since you've taken it last.
You see everything we are consuming needs a certain amount that our body can accommodate; don't because you see that it is surplus and overfeed yourself. Let's learn to say No when we are full than say Yes to food but keep visiting the toilet often and often. That can be embarrassing for an adult.
We all had different ways of cooking vegetables; some people like adding egusi while some people don't like adding egusi; Either way both are delicious and nutritious when cooked well.
