Opuro Fulou (Prawn soup) is a popular Ijaw delicacy in the Niger Delta of Nigeria.
It can be prepared with, Banga, Okra and ogbono like in this case.

Ingredients:

fresh lobster (prawn)
blended Ogbono
fresh pepper
Maggi, salt, onion
Native spices
beef, fresh fish, or dried
fresh washed bitter leaf
prewinkle (Isam)
slice Canda meat

Method of preparation:

Pound the head of the prawn and seive the water, that water is one tasty secret ingredient.

In a pot add the palm, when it's hot, add onion and the water you sieved from the lobster.
Add Ogbono and wait for it to boil.
Add fresh pepper, beef allow to boil.
Then add Maggi, salt native spice, the sliced Canda, fresh fish and the bitter leaf. mix and allow to cook.
And yourbsoup is ready.
