Some believe self confidence is an attribute because some are persons are born confidence. But to me, confidence is a skill one adapt to, in other to succeed in any one's endeavors. To be successful, the person has to have self-confidence in any dream he's pursuing. Someone is said to have self-confident, when they person have a strong belief or trust in its abilities or knowledge.
Here are some tips that can help you build your self-confidence:

1.Health lifestyle

Developing a health lifestyle can make boost one's self-confidence. Health lifestyle such as exercising regularly, sleeping well and developing a healthy diet can all make you feel much better about yourself.

2. Having positive relationships

Keeping negative people company or friends that tries to bring you down can drain you of your confidence. But spending quality time with persons that appreciate you, that loves to see you grow, can help you to feel more confident about yourself.

3.Your Mindset

Self-Confidence is about having the belief and trust in your abilities or knowledge. Its more of the mindset of the person. Having a positive mindset towards yourself is all you need to have self-confident. Affirm positive words to yourself such as
"I am confident in my abilities"
"I am confident and value myself"

4.Challenge yourself
Shy persons don't challenge their selves. Because they don't believe in their strength or ability to do anything. Confident persons laughs in the face of challenges, they love new challenges and the hunger for new challenges. If you want to build self confidence try challenge yourself to do new things and see how it goes.

Self-confidence is a must for everyone. Since you are a human being you need to build your self-confidence so that you won't be swayed away by what people will be saying. Many people in today's world talk down to others and if you don't have strong self-confidence you will become reluctant.

The first step in building your self-confidence is to acknowledge that you are unique and you are created wonderfully. Many people don't value themselves because of what others are saying about them. Some will even go to the extent of body-shaming others; when all these vibes come together you become weak. The moment you acknowledge your worth you become confident.

Being courageous is another way of building your self-confidence. A courageous person is a person that keeps going despite opposition. I would like to make you understand that opposition will always arise but what will keep you on track is being courageous. That boost your self-confidence.
