As a matter of diet, fruits are also wonderful to have.

I always try to do this once in every month. I have a fruit all day, morning, afternoon and night.

You will thank yourself for it.

You can work with a budget, get a list of fruit you like, cut them into how you'd want them and you're good to go

Taking of fruits is very vital in staying healthy.
It is easily digested by the body as it takes about 20-30 minutes for the body to digest fruits.
Fruits also help improve the body pH which prevents some cancerous cells from striving.

When the comes to food matter, I don't joke with it. I am a foodie person and dishing good food is part of my hobby and would like to give you some hints. It is important to eat food as medication so that one do not end up taking pills (medication) as food. Hence, for guys every morning you wake up, try take little flesh of garlic or ginger or turmeric diced and take with water first thing in the morning. The good health benefits is enormous. Then also at times too you can get a small bulb of onion, diced or blended and take it first thing in the morning with water. Hospital will be far for your visitation. I needed to share this because no knowledge will be taken to heaven. I learnt it from my grandmother and this is what I do.

You don't live to eat, but you eat to live. Take your meals as if your life depends on it.
Eat more of fruits and vegetables as this goes a long way in keeping you healthy.
One more thing take more of water as well.

When one consumes fruit there's a little chance of contacting diseases.
Aside that fruits aid digestion coupled with the fact it contains vitamins that the body needs to grow healthy.

FRUITS ALL DAY

As a continuation to my last post about taking fruits, I had something else in mind.

Now I having fruits, what ways can be seen as the best ways to also enjoy your fruit apart just chewing raw.

I also think that blending and drinking it is also a very good way to have them, but my question is, does that affect the way the fruit works in us?

If want in such a way that your life depends on it, you have to make fruits a part of your diets.
