It is said that he who wears the shoes know where it is pinching. So many people are passing through untold challenges, tough and hard times, some do nun it know who tell and even the people they told either have solution to their problems or are not willing to help. There is always a level that man's help cannot reach. Man help has a limit or boundary. The psalmist knew so well about it hence declare in psalm 121 :1&2 "I will lift up my eyes to the hills from whence comes my help? My help comes from the lord, who made heaven and earth "when one realize that his help comes from God he removes his trust and hope from man and put it in God. He however gives honor and respect to the people that deserve it but solely put his gaze and hope in God. For example the blind man bartimaeus, he know thw pain associated with blindness . he was tired of his ailment and so when he heard that Jesus was passing by, he cried out for mercy. The bible recorded that the people around warned him to quiet. Really yes they felt that the blind man reasoned within himself that they were not wearing his shoes and so didn't know where it was pinching,he therefore open his mouth and shouted more than he was shouts son of David have mercy on me he cried unto the lord and Jesus stopped and healed him. Glory to Jesus Christ.

We live in a world where there are ups and downs. Most of the time we have one challenges or the other facing us why not cry out to God and stop faking it before him because there's no gain in lying to the person that knows all what is happening in our lives. He created all the universe and there's no impossibilities in his case.

Challenges will arises but we are meant to overcome. We can't be an over comer if we refused to lay our problems at his feet. Don't allow problems define your God instead hold on to him and take all your problems to him in prayers and supplication.

Prayer is the key to all oppression of the devils but people are not ready to pray. Even the bible says "Since the day of John the baptist the heaven suffereth violence and the violent taketh it by force" so therefore be ready to gain authority and fight the battle through prayers.

When God is by our side, no devil can overcome us because we are on the Lord's side. Keep building a genuine relationship with God and he will forever be our guide. Don't panic! He's with you always.

The Bible says in Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways, acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths"..
He who only believe in God will never be put to shame. It is true that God won't come down to help, but he will, through man. But you shouldn't rely on men, instead cry to God for help and look forward for receiving it from man.,not ordinary man, but the one God has made specially for you, an angel in form of a man, in which Jesus Christ has laid example of it.

This life is filled with ups and downs, but it takes the strong ones to survive (as the saying goes "survival of the fittest"). As a Christian, it is expected that all our troubles or trials are to be made known to God through the act of Prayer.

Prayer is the act of communicating with God, as some of us already know. If anyone is in pressing times (persecution), it is expected that the individual go down on his /her knees and pray to his/her creator, believing in Faith. It says in his word "knock and it shall be opened, seek and ye shall find..." all that is expected as we Christians is that we are to pray to him believing that in turn he will answer.
Some christians are suffering from one or more challenges such as marital breakthrough, academic imbalance, seeking Job opportunities, spiritual disturbance and much more. Most Christians go through a lot, and they seize to open up their hearts, their mouth and cry out to God to see them through, they are of those people who have no faith at all.
The word of the Bible says "for my God shall supply all my needs, according to his riches in christ Jesus..." Christians are to key into that verse and cry out to God to hear their cry...
As the story of Ruth in the bible goes, she prayed to the Lord to grant her a child, she served the lord with all her might and with great service, consecration and divine commitment towards God, God gave her the request of a boy, Samuel. Samuel later on became one of the prophets in the Bible, as some of us already know.
See the case of Jacob, who restled with an angel of the lord according to the Bible (in that case, it was though an act of prayer, an act of crying to God), he was blessed abundantly after that encounter, and had peace with his brother ESAU, his name was later on changed to Israel.
Lots more of testimonies in the Bible, Christians are to key in to that frequency, and the lord will do great and mighty things in their life. All they have to do is to CRY OUT TO GOD.

Psalm 47:1 says "God is our Refuge and and strength, a very present help in time of trouble.
God is ever present with us He is everywhere He is omnipresent and He expects us to call on him always, the latter part of the verse says "a very present help in time of trouble" .
Friends around may fail or may not be reachable, the emergency number of your country may fail or may not be reachable in times of trouble but then Remember He(God) is the "very present help".
We're to cry out to God when things are smooth. And when things are rough, He knows what to do and how to calm the storm.
When the storm raged in( Luke 8:22-25) Jesus was asleep, He knew the storm will rage and the storm will rise but he slept off, He knew the storm cannot overpower their ship but he did not wake up untill the disciples called unto Him.
Jesus knows how to settle everything but not when our mouth is closed expecting him to just do something, it is what you ask me for that I'll give you????.
Instead of suffering silently and reminiscing lost battles. Why don't you just cry out to God. He just want to hear you say it out. There's no little thing to cry out to God for. After all Mathew 7:7 says ask and it shall be given, seek and ye shall find......
Although answers may sometimes take longer than expected but we just need to continue crying out to Him.
Just like the widow that kept going to the judge in (Luke 18:1-8 ) until the judge avenged her.
We should be persistent in the place of prayer.

As the year comes, I have made a decision to always hear from God everyday intentionally by reading His word and trusting that He would minister to my heart.
I will be following three chapters a day plan. Morning, afternoon and night. Plus meditation not less than 10 minutes. (can I apply this principle that when am studying the word, my phone should be off.)
An adviselaughont make a religion out of it, but do it diligently and heartily knowing how it will help your spiritual growth and sensitivity in the spirit and to the things of God.
Also I will have a separate jotter for it. (only for hearing for God)
I trust that as the year continue, it will be a time to cry unto the Lord for help in every aspect of life. I pray that as we cry to him that he would hearken to our cry in Jesus name.
