This is one local delicacy I love so much even though I do not have a favourite food.

The natural taste of this delicacy as well as its nutritional value is one that is sure to leave you satisfied.

When I love a delicacy , I rarely eat it. That way it becomes a special treat to me. That's how it is with me and ewa agoyin.

If anyone is not sure about a local meal to enjoy, I suggest you try it out. Many generations past and present have always relished it. I'm sure future generations will do same as well.

It tastes great with Ijebu garri in water as well ( cassava flakes) especially in hot seasons. You can make that your weekend starter too.

Great taste anytime!

Ewa Agonyi one of my best meals, coupled with bread and plantain.
If only you can break down how the stew is produced in steps, so we can understand better.

Unfortunately, you didn't finish up with the making of the sauce.

That sauce is what adds to relishing this delicacy.
