We know that the output of productivity, and the quality of work that can be done or achieved lies deeply also on the kind of working environment one has created.
Whether we like it or not, or whether or not we admit it, we all create a working environment on our work places with the way and manner in which we work.
Hence some people unconsciously create bad, thus unconducive Environment in their work places, while a few others create a conducive environment, unconsciously still. Those who have understood and mastered this art create a conducive Environment in their working places.
This is a call to creating a conducive environment consciously to achieve maximum productivity.

Yeah this is very right because a working environment needs to be very very conducive so that one can get the best out of the environment and makes the work to get the best in its performance.
I cannot imagine a working environment to be on conducive you find work on interesting and the output will not be to the maximization because if a working environment it's not convenient for the worker you find out that the person might be sweating my nuts concentrate on the job and many other things follows because the environment will bring about distraction.
If an environment is conducive like there is air conditioner and maybe let's say the fan is blowing there is regular power supply there is no noise the stuff or the workers in the office or the working environment are hard-working and cooperative there is no fight there is no hoola baloo and any form of destruction you find out that the output of the work will be to maximization because everyone will be in the car for doing the job as it should be done.
have you considered someone that is in a charcoal or anything that wants to work you find out that the person will be in pain and all that so this will inhibit the maximization of the working environment or if you consider a place of work that is not easy that you have problems all around that are causing hullabaloo and every kind of problem you find out that there will not be peace and the work of any environment will be disturbed compared to where the receipts and everything working together as it should.

Creating a conducive working environment is a systematic strategy of achieving your goals ,aims,and objectives, in any organization good working environment is part of the basic need for the workers.
A situation where by the working environment is not conducive there wil be obstacle for the workers to perform there duty as expected due to the environmental issues.
Hmmm! Conducive environment! The determinants of how productive our work will be will be solely based on how effective the environment we are is. This is one of the most important thing every employer must ensure they do to get the best from their employees. A conducive environment is part of what gives employees satisfaction and if this is achieved we can actually get an effective and efficient return on our asset. What then do we regard as a conductive environment for working? I know a lot of us will be basing this solely on how tall, big, giant or robust the building of the company is; although this is part of it but it not solely on this. If the communication system in an organisation is bad, then a conducive environment is not complete. If the health system or reward system is not well organized, then the conducive environment is not complete. So, a lot of things contribute to an organisation being a conducive one.
How can we then make this possible, should employers ask employees about what defines what a conducive environment is. Because if employees are not conducive with the working environment, am saying this with all assurance, the best can not be gotten. Although, we are all humans and it might be somehow difficult to get them satisfied. Another thing have observed mostly is that a lot of organisations atimes sees the creation of a issues conducive environment as expenses, they then go ahead to economise cost at the expense of employees inconvenience.
Therefore, we can’t do without this and that makes it an important thing is to do as employers of labour.
Conducive work environment reduces, to a great extent, all forms of accident in the work environment and promotes labour effectiveness and efficiency.
It is also important to know that listening to employees and sometimes working with and on their feedback helps in achieving work environment conduciveness.
It's not enough to set target for the management and other employees, a firm must as well be able to invest in promoting a conducive working environment. The following can be adopted to promote such environment;
1. Employ a Health and Safety team; this team will be responsible for the education and up-t👎date information on health and potential risk in the working environment. The team will also be responsible for maintenance of accident free environment.
2. Orient new employees on the culture of the firm; every new employee must be adequately educated on the corporate way of life of the firm for quick adaptation to the work culture. This will save the firm the potential inconveniences that may reduce productivity in the course of the employee carrying out his official duty.
3. Motivate your employees: boost the moral of your employees by timely payment of salary and other incentives and they may not be able to intentionally pose a threat to the conduciveness of the environment.
