Like the saying that goes "Water is Life". Truly no man is an enemy to water. Water itself is a medicine that helps one to stay healthy...Why do you think when a man is sick and he goes to the hospital , what they do is that they still pass fluid into his/her body that is because water plays a vital role in our well being. Even if the man is given herbs , it is still a liquid ..can we now see how water is important in our lives and for our well being?. No man on earth can survive without water because water gives life...Water helps in proper functioning of our body system. Water is very important in our lives, let us endeavour to drink water daily and very well(5-6L of water daily will do) .....Its a medicine for the body...Dehydration is not healthy.

There is none universally agreed quantity of water that must be consumed daily .Water is essential for the kidneys and other bodily functions .
When dehydrated ,the skin can become more vulnerable to skin disorders and wrinkling .
Drinking water instead of soda can help weight loss.

Water help to lubricate joints.

It forms saliva.

Water has tremendous benefits on our body system. Water is life and it does not have an enemy. Water helps in the adequate digestion of our food, water helps in hydrating the body, water helps in regulating the kidney, water helps in blood formation , water helps in bathing,washing, cleaning which makes it important to us for the outward hygine of our body and environment. Water helps in Cooking, there is no food we can cook without using water in cooking it. Water helps in body treatment and stability . Water is one of the most important substances that are needed for plants and animals to survive. Without water, all living things in the world would die. The human body needs water for the day to day acrivities. We may be able to survive without any food for a whole week but without water, we won’t even survive for 3 days. 

Water is necessary not only for drinking but also for our day to day life purposes like bathing, cooking, cleaning, washing, etc.

Lets look beyond its human uses, we will realize how water plays a major role in every living being's life. It is the home of aquatic animals. Every aquatic body need water to survive. 

Having plants, without water it is possible that we could experience famine. As the crops needs considerable amount of water to grow and when it is not available, the crop withers or  refuses to germinate. At this point the occuence of different seasons would stop, and the earth would experience just one season just like the desert.

A world without water would make the human race impossible to remain longer. The same can be said for all the animals and plants. In fact, the whole earth will suffer without water. Trusting the scientists, I'm sure they would begin tomake discoveries which can serve was an alternative to water. It is something I have not heard of though.

Water is a very important substance.
Since the beginning of the world, water has been before the beginning began.
Water is everywhere. Everything created is on water. I believe GOD wants us to understand how very important water is. We cannot do without water. 
As this popular song goes:
 'water e no get enemy'

No one hates water. Water is life. Every day to day activities we carry out will in one way require water: cooking, bathing, brushing, washing.

Someone said "you can do without food for months but you can't do without water"

Water carries nutrients to all cells in our body. 
The chemical substituents of water are Hydrogen and Oxygen in the ratio 2:1
Water carries oxygen to our brain. It allows the body to absorb minerals, vitamins, amino acids and other substance.
It maintains blood pressure and regulates body temperature. 
It flushes out end product of metabolism called toxins. It lubricates stiff joints. When one is prone to having muscle pull, it is cause insufficient water in the body system. Water also boosts the skin health.

In chemistry, water is still a substance that is quite amazing with its physical and chemical properties. It is used to supply oxygen to an experiment that requires oxygen.

Water also help transport important nutrients in plants. Without enough water in the cells, the plant droop(sag), so water help a plant to stand. That is why we water plants everyday.

Water is the most essential part of life. It is known that Water is Life. Without water most humans cannot carryout tgeir daily functional activities. Water has several benefits to the body of humans, animals and even plants. For the plants, it serves as a nutritional benefit aside carrying out Photosynthesis. When plants get nourished, they grow in green pastures. Other benefits of water include the following.

1. It aids digestion in living organisms such as human beings and animals. Yes! When living organisms eat food, and they take water after eating, the water helps to aid the free flow and easy movement of food during digestion.
2. It quenches thirst. As relating to the above, water cannot be overemphasized as it is a major constrain in all of life's endeavors. When will feel that our Mouth is dry, we take water to quench our thirst.
3. Washing of domestic equipments and materials. Water is known to help people in various ways including domestic work such as washing of clothes, washing of plates, cups, pots and other household utensils.  Water has so many benefits , it is true that about 70 percent of our body is made up of water, this means that every part of our body has water on it .

   Our saliva is made of water, our sweats , our urine , our blood, even the carbondioxide we breathe out , our tears and even our feaces have water in them.
What are benefits of water?, water serves as a solvent , i. e ot can be used to dissolve anything, it can be used to mix anything as well, water aids digestion when taken in, mother makes it easy for our foods to digest , water makes us clean , water is used for bathing, brushing our teeth, washing our hairs, and even washing our clothes, water is taken to satisfy our thirst, water is needed for life ,it makes our skin look young because it keeps our skin hydrated, water is used to get rid of waste from our bodies , it regulates our body temperature , it dilites every toxic substance in our body and makes it less harmful to us, it makes us active and energized. Animals need water to survive , plants too.

What is so essential to the body, it takes at least 65% of things body needed. Formula for water is H2O,  some people say water is life which I concur with because man cannot live without water and things been done most with is water like

1.) BATHING like washing of our body so to make it neat and smell well. 
2.) WASH like washing of dirty clothes, brushing of teeth, washing of plates that needed to be washed in other to re use it again, to wash dirty cars, motorcycles, bicycles etc, we use water too to wash floor so that it will look shinning and clean etc. 
3.) COOK: we can use water to cook many foods like rice, yam, beans, yam flour etc 
4.) DRINK: we drink water to satisfy our thirst.
5.) WETTING: for wetting flower, plant and so on ETC. 
       USEFULNESS OF WATER WHILE COOKING
1.) Water helps food to steam together and make it soft. 
    DISADVANTAGES OF WATER
Water can cause accident at home if water drop on the floor, the floor will be slippery and someone can fall and injured.

Water is very very important in the body,I would like to say water solves 75%of our body problems.

When someone is sick, the first thing they try to get for the person is water because Water itself is life 
We should not play with water at all in our body.
Take for instance malaria, water can cure malaria! I know I sound ridiculous right now but to some reasonable extent it does and this is something have practiced myself and it worked.
My sister happened to be a nurse so she is always preaching to me about the importance of water. She is always emphasising on the importance of drinking water first thing in the morning. She told me when you drink water first thing in the morning,all the toxic substances in your body during the cause of sleeping are being washed away by the water you take. All you need to do after is to pee. She also explain to me that water can cure malaria.
So one day,I realised I was having symptoms of malaria and am the type that hate both drugs and injection, I refused to let anyone know, guess what I was doing? I was drinking lots and lots of water than usual and guess what! I urinated out all the malaria in my system in fact no one suspected I had malaria of cause I also make sure I was getting lots and lots of rest too and that is all it takes.
Sometimes you can be having headache instead of rushing to take drugs, just give it try by drinking lots of water at intervals and you be shocked. Please don't forgot to add rest too.
Water indeed does lots of wonders in our system. Today choose to start drinking lots more of water and you will see how healthy you will be.
Don't also forget too much of everything is not good and that did not except water too. Drink plenty of water but not too much!.

Water, as most of us already know is part of the essence of life, about 70% of the earth is made up of Water. Water forms the essence of being (existence), it was one of the essential elements that the Supreme being (God) created within those 7 days of creation. Water has several benefits, of which will be treated as follows.
Firstly, water helps in quenching thirst. One of the most important feature of water is that it helps in giving living organisms, not just humans the freedom to drink from it and quench all desires relating to being thirsty. When one is thirsty, Water is there.
Secondly, it aids digestion. As everyone all knows, our body goes through some internal activities and reaction, leading to the removal of waste products, thus, Digestion. Yes! Water helps in aiding digestion as it gives room for the free movement of food passed through the mouth, stomach, intestine and all other organs relating to digestion.
Thirdly, it helps in the cleaning and domestic works. Water can be used in cleaning house chores such as dirty plates, dirty floors, and other house furniture. Water is really helpful as it aids cleaning the environment.

Water is life it self simply because no one on earth can do without water , water is life , we can say water is so powerful and have a lot of important .

Benefit of water

A. Water is life. What do I mean by saying water is life , this is because in each day of our life we make use of water for different things and purposes.

B. Water give the body enough strength without water our body can not gain enough strength so water provide strength to us as human being.

C. Water serve as domestic usefulness in the sense that we use it for house choir and by this is make life easier for us to live.

Water is essential in the life of every creature ,both humans and animals. It is also important in the life of plants in order for them to grow.

Water has many benefits for both humans and plants;
It aids digestion: water helps to digest our foods easily , without water our foods can digest and if our foods don't digest it can lead to chest pain.

It helps to boost our skin health , drinking water helps our skin to be smooth and it helps it look healthy .

It helps with weight loss,water helps to remove excessive fat from the body, Through sweats and urinating.

To plants water enables it to grow , because without water they won't germinate.
