Thank you for the insightful article. Exercise is very good for a person's health but exercise can be tiring especially if you just started. Walking is a good form of exercise and it's a type of exercise everyone does because there's no how you won't walk in a day so far you are not handicapped.

People need to understand that doing exercise is not done until you are too fat or because they recommended it for you in the hospital. Everyone is expected to do exercise to keep fit and stay healthy; eating only can't make you healthy, that's why you need to do exercise alongside food.

Now that you understand that exercise is for everybody don't start doing hard exercise instead start small and be consistent that will help you to stay healthy without getting exhausted.

Yea, you are right. To mention a few, exercises are very helpful to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Exercising every day especially in the morning gives you that confidence boost, it gives you that feeling of being energized.
We Nigeria do underrate the importance of exercises because exercise follows the no pain no gain rule. Just try doing three press up. After doing that three you will feel really fatigue and the drive to continue will slowly diminish.

I'm not really a lover of rigorous exercises but once in a while , I engage in light exercises like walking and doing jobs that require I stand for a little longer than necessary.

Exercises shed off excess fat. They make you feel light and your muscles are more relaxed.

Even when we sweat profusely during exercises, it's still for our good.

Exercises keep us fit and active.

Exercise make your body to be fit , makes you look smart and feel good.

Exercise is an act of building up yourself in the moment of giving yourself time to practise .
Such as
A. Jogging.

C.skipping.
D.dancing.
