I personally find it really hard to take water in the morning. I even find it hard to take water normally during the day. It's just not working for me. I know it has a whole lot of benefits but I just can't help it.

@Azure: beings.There are lots of reasons why we human beings shouldn't be neglecting water. Many people today prefer drinking more of liquids containing sugar,alcohol and fat which may also have adverse effects and cost more to them instead of just drinking water.


The human body needs water so dearly inorder for it function very well, a dehydrated is exposed to a lot of bad effects which can easily be prevented by just drinking a good amount of water daily. The earth is made up of 70% of water, so i don't think there's actually a tangible reason why you will choose not to be drinking more water because it's free and neither will it take you any stress to get it. Recently, health experts declared that people should be drinking at least 8 glasses of water daily which some people actually took serious while others may have taken it for granted. WATER IS LIFE, man!!!

But drinking water early in the morning is such a difficult task for someone like me. I will find it hard to just wake up early in the not and start drinking water without eating a proper meal first. I guess the drinking of water should be done before breakfast, so for people like me who find it a little difficult to do, how can you help out? What and what can I take to encourage me on this habit? Instead of drinking just water early in the morning, can I also take fruits known to have a high level of liquid, like the watermelon? Will it conveniently substitute for the ordinary water?

@Victoria: I really didn't use to have problems with drinking water during the day. There were times I wouldn't be able to eat if I had not taken water. But now everything has changed. I hope it's not like something is wrong with my body system because I can go with a mean without even tasting water and still feel cool. And now, there is another one about drinking water before any other thing early in the morning. I even learnt that it's better to make it warm.

Nice points on benefits of drinking water but here are some major key roles water plays in our body.
1. Salivation:  the primary segment of spit is water jst as electrolyte, body fluids and chemicals. A key job of spit is separating nourishment and keeping your mouth solid. 
2. Direct body temperature:  As we sweat during exercise or in hot conditions, we lose water and electrolytes that can prompt us getting dried out. Except if we renew the water in our bodies we can basically overheat. Never great!! 

3.Remove Waste: It is significant that we oust squander from our bodies and water is a foundation of pee, defecations, and in any event, perspiring. Sweat manages our internal heat levels and water enables our kidneys to work appropriately to channel squander.

  It is just like we are in the same set of shoes because early morning water intake or drinking is also hard for me to do. This could be as a reason that I have not been practicing this type of habit over the years and it is not part of me.

 Apart from the fact that it is hard for me to be practicing, I noticed that major number of Africans do not drink water regularly in the morning as we were not trained to be acting in this regard at all, this s is not part of us.

  Though some few people have started doing it and this is majorly as results of special recommendation by a specialist to them or a professional practicing doctor. What we are used to is to eat first and then later drink one or two cups or nylon of water so as to mix up with the food or better still make the food to digest properly.

  Some other things some set of people do is to drink hot tea in the morning mostly at work because there is no time to be drinking hot tea at home for those that needs to resume very early in the morning at their various places of work.

 Though we are all learning drinking water in the morning is very good to the body system and the fact that it hydrates the body system and flushes out residues and unwanted substances in the body system. I hope to change personally and try to start drinking water in the morning.

Drinking water every morning at least before breakfast greatly improve your health. If you can develop this new lifestyle, you will soon discover good health.

I have heard doctors saying water cures diseases like obesity, eye problem, cancer, asthma, cough, irregular menstruation flow, dry skin, heart burn etc and I believe it is true because I once had heart burn but regular drinking of water suppressed it. Water is a medicine on its own.

Immediately you get up from bed in the morning, to avoid contamination, boil your water and drink it when warm or slowly, there may be frequent urination. It simply means it is burning whatever infection in you.

For those watching their weight, drinking water is the healthiest way for weight loss. I have tried it myself. You do not need to buy slimming tea, though I won't condemn you taking slimming tea but I feel as long as water is always at your reach, that should be be the best therapy to use to reduce your weight.

Drinking water is not only to be taken for those that are sick but it is good for everyone. You do not have to wait to be sick before you know that drinking water is a good therapy. Prevention is better than cure.

Always try as much as possible to drink water before your meal. It is a bad habit to drink water while eating.

Since so much has been said about the benefits of drinking water in the morning. I will share my experience about how I eventually joined the train. My mother is a fanatist lol when it comes to drinking water early in the morning, she encourages me each time reemphazing it health benefits. I find it very difficult to drink water in an empty stomach, as per, no breakfast yet but amazingly, that is the magic in it. The `before meal` is as important as the water itself. So this was what I did, I started with very little quantity of water immediately after brushing, I gulp in a little. Guess what? It got better with each passing day and the feeling of refreshment that follows is unexplainable.
Give this a try, don't rush but be consistent.

      Drinking water in the morning is a herculean task for many. This is because you tend to feel bloated once you take it at that time of the day. Unknowingly to many, therein lies the efficacy of the water.


     Once you feel bloated, just know it's time for you to answer nature's call  in the loo ( defecate)which apparently becomes easy to undergo .

      A glowing skin is guaranteed when you constantly drink water in the morning. People who have dry skins can benefit a lot by drinking water regularly and in the morning.

      There are certain illnesses that drinking water in the morning can cure. You tend to think clearly when you make that a habit.

      Ordinarily, some people find it very difficult to even drink water after their meals let alone,in the mornings. If only they knew the dangers it could cause them. When fasting, that's a different thing entirely.

      Let's make this a habit and save ourselves the health risks of not doing it.
