Insomnia is a type of sleep disorder that makes it hard for you for to fall asleep or stay asleep. Not getting enough sleep it can affect your day negatively,
it can affect your emotional and physical health and it can leave you tired through out the day. It can cause high risk for conditions like depression, heart diseases, heart diseases and obesity

The benefit of sleeping or resting enough are limitless, it maintains the overall health. The common causes of insomnia are noise, use of drugs, drinking alcohol, caffeine, nicotine, stress, depression, noise, anxiety, uncomfortable sleeping conditions such as the kind of bed, the room temperature and the light.

Here are the ways to tackle insomnia:

1. Exercise
If you try to get to walk earlier in the day, avoiding exercising before going to bed. That's shows the influence, exercise has on sleep.
The benefit of exercise is endless. Researcher discovered that it helps to improve your quality of sleep since its release endorphins which brings about the feeling of being awake and energized.

2. Sleep Habit

Insomnia can be tackled by practicing good sleep habits, try creating or setting a regular time to sleep like a sleep schedule and you should try to stick to it in such a way your body starts getting used to the habit of falling asleep in those hours.

3. Food
Maintaining healthy diet also has the advantage of overcoming sleep insomnia. Regulating what you eat is key in ensuring you have a good sleep quality.
Eating bulky meals within a the sleeping hours, can hinder your sleep and it also goes for alcohol and caffeine consumption from mid-afternoon or after dinner.
Drinking warm milk has effects on the brain to make it easier to fall asleep.

4. The Lightening of the Sleeping environment

Dark sleep environment makes it easier for you to fall asleep. So if you want to try to sleep during noon, use thick curtains or blind to block out the light.
Also the light from watching TV or using your phone during sleeping hours also makes it harder for one to fall asleep but instead, do relaxing stuffs like reading, taking a hot bath before and listening to cool music helps.

If the sleep disorder is still persist, its advisable to see the doctor.

Some people have serious issues falling asleep at night.

They keep wake all through the night.
Once it is day time, they begin to fall asleep.

This kind of disorder surely destabilises a person.
