He mentioned that certain things had been put in place to prevent any form of rigging such as recruitment of 1.4million adhoc staff and easy access to portals for voting amongst others.
I also heard that during the elections, there are places where one person has up to four cards which he or she can use in different polling booths.
Do you think all that the Chairman talked about can actually prevent or make rigging of elections difficult?

lol, this is Nigeria. Almost all of Nigerian's problem can be solved by money. So some of the staffs can be bribed and most of them are party's faithful so in turn anything they do will be in favour of the party , they are in support of. The only solution that can reduced the rigging is online voting with secure authentication.
It can't be hacked and if any one who could, can easily be traced to their staff because only them have accessed. Hence, Rigging is reduced not ended, there isn't a permanent solution yet. We trust God for a free and fair election.

Election rigging is our tradition in Nigeria either you take it or live it , they will still try to rig that next coming election but we won't accept that.
INCE chairman is just saying all these we can't believe in what INEC chairman has said because they are all politics.
The next coming election will be a tough of war only God can save us, we don't won't any problems to occur as a result of who wins should accept the fate of winning and who loose should also accepte the fate of loosing.
We pray that the election will not lead to calamity.

Nigeria has had a reputation for always rigging elections, so this forthcoming one I doubt if they will not Rigg this one, what we can only do is to pray for good to reign in this forthcoming election

It is possible they rig the election there is nothing impossible in the dictionary of Nigeria , Nigeria is a corrupt country already.
But this time around we will not give room for election rigging.
